Q. Will THE PEG BELT keep m e from having to use adhesives and tapes that I am allergic too?
A. Yes. 99% of people allergic to tape will not have to use adhesives anymore. Fabric tape is recommended when showering.
Q. Can I wash and dry THE PEG BELT in my machines?
A. Yes. Wash THE PEG BELT on gentle and make sure Velcro is secure to avoid attachments to other materials you are washing. It is recommended to wash THE PEG BELT in a lingerie mesh bag.
Q. Is THE PEG BELT stain resistant?
A. Yes. THE PEG BELT is made of soft stain resistant cotton.
Q. Does it matter what side of my stomach the tube is on?
A. No. The belt can be flipped over. The only difference will be that the flap will secure on the top or the bottom depending on the location of the feeding tube.
Q. Should I stretch THE PEG BELT to the max when putting it on?
A. No. The elastic should not be stretched out. You will need the slack for sitting down. You want THE PEG BELT to stretch with your movements.
Q. Can custom sizes be made such as larger adult sizes or children sizes?

Q. Is there a specific spot the bumper pads should be placed?
A. No. Anywhere on THE PEG BELT is fine with the exception of the Velcro areas. The bumpers are designed to assist you with comfort and stability of THE PEG BELT.
Q. Does THE PEG BELT come in different colors?
A. No. We chose a neutral color so the PEG BELT is not visible under light colored blouses or shirts.
Q. Will insurance companies cover the cost of THE PEG BELT?
A. No. We are diligently working with insurance companies on this issue and hope to have a positive answer soon.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Due to Health and Safety reasons there are no returns unless the package is unopened.
Q. Will THE PEG BELT guarantee my tube does not fall out?
A. No. However with proper usage of THE PEG BELT the risk should be significantly reduced.
